"Feeling positive about things isn't always easy. When I first came to Bootcamp I was getting over some pretty big changes in my life and needed something. I didn't realise how profoundly Bootcamp would help.
By coming to Bootcamp I was able to not only reap the benefits of physical exercise, but I also found a wonderful group of people. The people in this group (led by Michael) looked past my insecurities and gave me encouragement to reach not only my fitness goals but personal ones as well. Michael has a habit of quietly opening doors of opportunity for people. He did this for me, all I had to do was walk through.
And the greatest part is that now that I've been around for a few years, I've seen the same support and encouragement given to others who have joined. I've been lucky enough to pay it forward and help others achieve their goals. It's definitely made me a better person!
One of my favourite things about Believe in You is that it doesn't matter how 'good' you are, or how fit you seem. Nobody cares why you ended up here, they just want to help you get where you want to go - one step at a time.

"Boot camp at Believe in You Health & Fitness is a highlight of my week. Being outdoors and having a laugh with friends makes the exercise part easier and a lot more fun. There is a sense of community that is pretty unique and special. I never thought that walking my dog at the local park would lead to me (a non-runner) running in the City to Bay! What I have gained physically and psychologically through attending boot camp has had many positive effects in my life.
